We can ship to most countries in the world. The warehouse located in China. You will receive your order in 8-40 business days from the date that it is shipped. The shipping time is dependent on which country you are from.

- Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included in product prices and shipping cost. Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
- Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam and Alaska cannot be delivered via express, and the standard shipping time is longer as well.
- For Flat Rate Shipping, we ship your package by post office which takes about 7 to 30 business days to most countries in the world.
(a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 8 to 20 business days.
(b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other European Countries, it may take 8 to 25 business days.
(c) For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 40 business days.
(d) For other countries, it may take 15 to 40 business days. - Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
- Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
